Event Details

At the event, you will receive FREE eligibility screening, application assistance and review of your application by Immigration Attorneys and DOJ Accredited Representatives authorized to practice immigration law.

Please note, in the next few months, the fee waiver rules are expected to change and the fee for the naturalization application may increase significantly. Although San Mateo County will continue to help you access fee waiver assistance if still available, soon, receiving a benefit will not be enough evidence to apply for free. That means that this may be the last opportunity for you to qualify for a fee waiver and save $725 using your benefits.

Also, please note that it is okay to receive public benefits and apply to become a citizen. The new rule about public benefits does not apply to citizenship applications. Come to our free workshop to learn more!
