On October 25, USCIS announced that people receiving public benefits can no longer apply for a citizenship fee waiver after December 2nd. Your SSI, Medi-Cal, SNAP (food stamps), Federally-assisted housing, & CHIP will no longer be accepted as valid proof after December 2nd. The citizenship filing fee is $725.
